We need a self motivated digital designer boasting an extensive and high quality portfolio. Someone who has a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to develop great ideas into award winning campaigns. The ideal candidate will also have enjoyed previous success in User-Centric Design and User Experience testing.

You will have an entrepreneurial approach to clients' problems and requirements, and be comfortable managing an enthusiastic and talented creative team who will look to you for leadership and inspiration. With the desire to work in a London style digital agency you will have a sound understanding of CSS and Front-End Development as well as the ability to communicate technical issues clearly. The ability to confidently run multi-agency meetings with clients and third parties is also essential.
